Ever made homeade yogurt?  It's my project for today.  I've tried once before, but I had it in a warm oven that got pre-heated to 350 by my housemate.  Obviously, it didn't work out.  This time I've put it in a warm ice chest wrapped in a blanket.  So far, so good. 
But, I'm wondering how long I should keep it in there?  Recipes vary from 3 hours to "overnight."  Any insight?
