cabbage

Cabbage...ever considered all you can do with a cabbage? I have! For the past five weeks, at least, we have gotten cabbage from the food bank. I've made Irish cabbage soup, we've had sautee'd cabbage, we've had steamed cabbage...I've even tried my hand at making Russian borsht (turned out pretty well, I might add). But, I'm about tired of cabbage now...and we've still got a good 4 gallon bags full of it in our freezer! What is a person to do with so much cabbage?!
